Fiennes Restoration was the coffee break stop for the Cotswold Classic Run on Sunday 1st September as the charity fundraising tour took in the beautiful Cotswolds.
The annual car run had a Peaky Blinders theme based on the BBC’s hit show with many entrants donning suits and 1920s attire as they drove a range of classic vehicles onto the premises at Fiennes.
From classic Beetles to MGBs, Austin Sevens, an ultra rare BMW 3.0 CSL and a Bedford van, over 120 vehicles poured through the gates to take a well earned break and take a tour of the world renowned Fiennes Restoration facilities.
David Jane, Commercial Director of Fiennes Classics, said, ‘We would like to thank all of the participants that took part in the fantastic Cotswold Classic Car Run, we had over 300 people onsite to experience that Peaky Blinder moment in the flesh. We had a fantastic turnout with so many beautiful classic cars which filled our facility with glory. Well done to all of the staff who supported the event.’
Fiennes has never had so many cars at their venue before and after their visit owners and passengers then set off to continue their drive through the quaint villages of the Cotswolds to raise money for the Children’s Hospice South West charity.
